PRC releases results of occupational, physical therapy licensure exams

The list of successful examinees for the Physical and Occupational Therapy board examinations was released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, June 20.

According to the PRC, 708 out of 1,026 examinees passed the physical therapist licensure exam, while 128 out of 215 passed the occupational therapist board exam. 

The June examinations were held in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pampanga, and Rosales.

The Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy facilitated the licensure examination headed by its chairman, Eduardo R. Peregrino, Jr., and other members: Raul G. Agustin, Bernadette M. Reyes, Delia R. Pabalan and Rolland Lyle D. Duque.

Passers may register for their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration from Aug. 8 to 11. 

They can view the instructions for registration at www.prc.gov.ph.

The requirements for registration include a downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; Notice of admission; two pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag); two sets of documentary stamps; and a short brown envelope.

PRC also instructed the passers to register and sign into the Roster of Registered Professionals in person. (Sonny Daanoy)
