Vida Yoga, the newest premier yoga brand in the Philippines, announces the launch of a unique 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training (HYTT) program. For the first time in the Philippines, and a rarity in Asia, this comprehensive course offers the chance to train under the renowned American Yogi, Copper Crow from July 10 to July 30, 2023.

For only P160,000 (USD 2,856), the intensive course enables yoga enthusiasts and aspiring instructors to obtain certification in a fraction of the usual time. Be certified in only 20 days. The certification is recognized globally, including Australia.

The Hot Yoga Teacher Training (HYTT) program under the expert guidance of Copper Crow covers classic 26+2 (Bikram method), static hatha, and dynamic vinyasa flow styles. These styles can also be taught as non-hot classes. Gain expertise in asana, pranayama, teaching skills, and more, connecting with a diverse student audience.

In tandem with HYTT, Vida Yoga is also set to unveil two state-of-the-art yoga studios. The first studio, located in Commerce Center in Alabang, will open its doors in the first week of July. The second studio will open in Arya Residences in September. Both studios will feature a mix of hot and non-hot classes, led by a team of the best local and international teachers.
