PRC releases list of passers for Mechanical Engineers Special Professional Licensure Exams


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released 25 out of 102 (24.5 percent) who passed the Mechanical Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination as well as three out of four passed the Certified Plant Mechanics Special Professional Licensure Examination.

In a post on June 1, PRC released the names in the list of 25 successful examinees for Mechanical Engineers Special Professional Licensure. They were Wilfredo Guillermo Alingod Jr., Mary Rose Flores Bacala, Ian Mejico Berberabe, Rigor Dela Cruz Borja, Ireneo Bonghanoy Cania, Noel Manlangit Clarino, Mark Jay Valdez Doma, Raul Sombrio Escovilla, Edsel Yanit Estrada, Lorenzo Gabanan Geguilllan, Joshua Narc Allag Gonzalvo, Veejay Gonzales Gurrobat, Rodrigo Malindog Ogtip, Alfonso Battung Palattao, Allan Adlawon Partosa, Estelito Bartido Perez.

To complete the list, other passers were Louie Abaja Pilien, Gerald Apolinar Punzalan, Renato Baclayon Rabe, Robert Acodisen Reyes, Clair Mipalar Soliva, Joey Samortin Tabangay, Neramel Zapata Tongol, John Michael Sanuele Villardo, and Jakim Ysmael Cruz Yasin.

Meanwhile, Arniel Ritcha Nambatac, Michael Vasquez Pepito, and Jolimar Butcon Sajol passed the examination for the Certified Plant Mechanics Special Professional Licensure.

The examination occurred in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain, and Singapore last April 2023.

Conducted by the Board of Mechanical Engineering members who facilitated the examination are Engr. Leandro A. Conti, Chairman; Engr. Jerico T. Borja and Engr. Lorenzo P. Larion.

Meanwhile, for successful examiners, they are required to bring the following upon registration: a downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; notice of admission (for identification only); two pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag); two sets of documentary stamps; and one short brown envelope.

Lastly, passers are mandated to register personally in the Roster of Registered Professionals. (Sonny Daanoy)
