Cong Frasco gets 'Ber' months feels in chance meeting with Jose Mari Chan

It's still early June, but it already feels like the "Ber months" for Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco. This, after Frasco bumped into the king of Philippine Christmas holiday vibes, recording legend Jose Mari Chan. The House leader only had good things to say about Chan, the voice behind the immortal "Christmas in Our Hearts".
