Already, ABSI has been supporting both conglomerates, providing technology and solutions in their Human Resources, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Customer Experience, and Corporate Services.

In addition, ABSI facilitated payroll management for more than 38,500 employees of both Globe and Ayala groups, allowing the conglomerates to concentrate more on their core businesses.

Overall, ABSI's vision is to become the number one shared services provider in the Philippines and Asia by 2029.

Since its establishment in 2021, ABSI has been increasing its workforce and now employs more than 1,500 professionals catering to over 40 clients from different industries including telecommunications, IT, banking, finance, logistics and e-commerce.

Within its first year of operations, ABSI acquired HCX Technology Partners which now serves as the tech-enabling arm for ABSI and Asticom.

As a tech-driven shared services firm, ABSI offers a comprehensive suite of services which includes Human Resources management, remote collaboration tools, manpower planning, and customer relationship management systems.

Furthermore, ABSI excels at business process automation, efficient document and contract management, as well as learning management platforms.

"We are proud of the significant growth ABSI has achieved in just a short period," says Asticom Group of Companies President and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes.

"Our commitment to Above and Beyond Service Innovation has been instrumental in our success, and we will continue to provide innovative solutions to our clients," she concluded.
