Bacoor LGU, Cavite PNP hold bike event for health, peace
CAVITE – The city government of Bacoor, in collaboration with the Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO), held a bike event for health and peace on Sunday, June 18.
The project aimed to spread awareness against illegal drugs and other harmful vices.

Present during the event were Police Regional Office (PRO) 4A Deputy Regional Director for Administration Brig. Gen. Gregory B. Bogñalbal, PRO 4A Regional Internal Affairs Service Director Brig. Gen. Joseph B. Bayan, Cavite PPO Director Col. Christopher F. Olazo, Bacoor City Police Station Officer-In-Charge Lt. Col. Jesson Bombasi, and other senior officers and local officials. "Biking is more than just a recreational pursuit; It is a powerful tool that brings people together, strengthens communities, and fosters a sense of unity,” Bogñalbal said. “When we embark on our bicycles, we embark on a journey that encompasses physical fitness, mental well-being, and shared commitment to a brighter future.”

The Cavite PPO said 296 bike enthusiasts participated in the 16.2-kilometer bike event, with a route encompassing the major roads of Bacoor Boulevard, Molino Road, Evangelista Road, Tirona Highway, and Aguinaldo Highway.
