After 10 years of being together, actor Vin Abrenica has shared the secret of his long relationship with fellow artist Sophie Albert. It's the fact that they respect each other's careers and don't get poisoned by jealousy.
Vin admitted that there are still girls who come on to him despite the fact that he's married. "Ang dali na mag reach out ng mga tao ngayon, we all have our social media. Di pa rin naman nawawala ang mga reaching out na ganyan but I just don't reply. I have someone, I know the people that matter to me."
He revealed that it doesn't affect Sophie at all. " Sanay na si Sophie. 10 years na kami, wala ng selosan na nangyayari."
(Sophie is used to it. We've been together for 10 years, there's no jealousy going on.)
"Whatever she likes to do in her line of work, if she decides to do something, we talk about it but the final decision is with her, She's the same with me, that's why we lasted for so long," Vin pointed out.
"We've been through many things. She's had her kissing scenes and bed scenes. As long as she's comfortable...go!" he added.
Sophie will star in the upcoming GMA mystery drama series " The Missing Husband." On the other hand, Vin is teamed up opposite his brother, Aljur Abrenica, in the upcoming psycho thriller "The Revelation" along with Ana Jalandoni and Jelai Andres.
Vin portrays the role of Vincent, a police detective hunting a killer in the movie directed by Ray An Dulay.and showing in theaters this Wednesday, June 21.

Vin is thankful to work for the second time with his older brother, Aljur, who he considers one of his inspirations in the business. He added that he is compelled to work doubly hard now that he has to prepare for the future of his two-year old daughter, Avianna Celeste.
"Fatherhood has changed me into who I am now. I have a purpose in life,. Everything that I do is for her," he noted.
Vin confided that he also has to strive to be an example, the kind of man his daughter will look up to.
He recalled the pressure he felt before of being worthy to Sophie who comes from the Cojuangco clan (her grandma is the sister of former President Cory Aquino.)
"We all know the family she came from. I had to level up. The whole journey, when we were together, was that I had to prove I was worthy of their daughter. I really saved up and put my money to good use," Vin stressed.
He is himself amazed at Sophie's transformation. "A lot of surprises happened. I was used to us being boyfriend-girlfriend but once she became a parent, she forgot everything - even the pursuit of her dreams - to focus on being a mom. She is the best mother I've known."
Are they open to having Baby No.2? Vin confessed that he's ready but he has to wait for his wife's decision since "it's her body. Hopefully, the next time it's a boy or maybe twins," he laughed.
