Sandro greets 'the best dad on Earth' on Father's Day

"The best dad on Earth." That's how Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos described his father, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., who for him is also easily one of the busiest persons on earth. "Happy Father’s Day to the best dad on earth! Thank you for everything that you do for us and for always finding time despite having the weight of the country on your shoulders," Rep. Marcos wrote in his Facebook greeting for his father on Sunday, June 18. The rookie congressman's upload came with a very unassuming picture of the elder Marcos, who had his back turned to the camera and was facing the President’s seal. (Rep. Marcos' Facebook)
"You have taught us the importance of kindness and compassion even in the most trying of times. I love you pop! Were all so proud of you," Rep. Marcos further said of the 17th President of the Philippines. Rep. Marcos, 29, is the eldest son of President Marcos. He is also the senior deputy majority leader in the House of Representatives.
