Business Network International (BNI), the world’s largest referral network, announced the return of its national conference onsite after three years of virtual gatherings as it expects brighter business opportunities await small and medium enterprises after the pandemic.
Judee Quiazon, BNI Taguig Executive Director and BNI Philippines Franchise Development Director and District Director for North Luzon, said the BNI Philippine National Conference, known as the largest gathering of business owners and collaborators in the country, will take place from July 7 to 8, 2023, at Hilton Hotel and Newport World Resorts.
With the theme "Beyond Borders Beyond Imagination," the conference aims to open doors to new possibilities for business owners who faced setbacks during the pandemic. Attendees can learn from foreign and local speakers and connect with entrepreneurs from different industries and regions.
Quiazon said that Trade and Industry Secretary Alfredo Pascual will speak on the second day to discuss how the BNI can help contribute to economic growth and be an inspiration to entrepreneurs in pushing the boundaries of local business. His talk will be followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion on untapped markets and the benefits of thinking beyond traditional boundaries, with panelists from Japan, Hongkong, and Thailand.
The event will also include immersive learning sessions, with Victor Antonio, a renowned sales expert, sharing invaluable strategies for increasing revenues.
Dexter Ortega, BNI Philippines National Director, reported that BNI, which is present in 77 countries with 10,927+ chapters and 303,000 members, generated $20.6 billion in the last seven years.
In the Philippines alone, Ortega said they have 40 chapters with 1431 strong members with businesses worth more than P4.7 billion in the past 12 months and P6 billion in the last seven years.
