CDA launches cooperative section at PH National Library

The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to enhance cooperative education and deepen the understanding of the joint movement through the launch of the Cooperative Section at NLP. In a statement, CDA said that signing the MOA is a momentous occasion since it paved the way for establishing a section within the institution that focuses exclusively on cooperatives. It is anticipated that the introduction of the Cooperative Section will generate opportunities for cooperative enthusiasts, students, researchers, and practitioners by providing them with convenient access to a wide range of literature, publications, and resources. It is also envisioned that it will serve as an excellent source of information for those interested in participating in activities that need collaboration.  Moreover, it will educate and enlighten future generations and encourage them to adopt the principles and ideas that the cooperative movement has established.
