Agusan del Norte police receive tactical flashlights

BUTUAN CITY – The Police Regional Office-13 distributed tactical flashlights to the Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office here recently.
A POLICE patrol unit receives tactical flashlights dubbed ‘peace lights’ from the Police Regional Office-13 Deputy Regional Director for Administration. (PRO 13-PIO via Mike U. Crismundo) Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) Police Brig. Gen. Roderick D. Mariano led the distribution of these flaslgihts called “peace lights.” Mariano also inspected police units in Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Norte, and Dinagat Islands to check their operational readiness. He reminded lawmen to prepare and lay out security measures for a safe and peaceful Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on Oct. 30. These flashlights dubbed "Peace Lights: Flashlight para sa Kapayapaan” were distributed in support of the five-focused agenda of the chief PNP, Police Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr., and the holistic program thrust D.A.D.D.I. of PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Pablo G. Labra II. "Our collective efforts include intensifying inspections of our police units in the region,” Labra said. “It is crucial that we are always prepared, equipped, and ready to respond effectively and efficiently to any situation that may arise.” Labra has visited several police units in Surigao del Sur and Agusan del Sur. The PRO-13 has organized “Red Teams” to ensure the operational readiness of all police units in the five provinces and six cities in the Caraga region.
