Muntinlupa LGU gives financial assistance to fire victims

The Muntinlupa City government allocated funds as financial assistance to 25 families affected by a fire in Barangay Putatan last month. Ordinance 2023-082 was approved by the Muntinlupa City Council and signed by Mayor Ruffy Biazon, providing a total of P161,000 to the families.  The fire in Tepaurel Compound in Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa on May 27 (Muntinlupa City Department of Disaster Resilience and Management) 
On May 27, a fire hit a residential area in Tepaurel Compound in Barangay Putatan, razing 11 structures that affected 25 families or 84 individuals, based on the assessment by the Muntinlupa Social Services Department (SSD).  The SSD and Barangay Putatan conducted a survey to determine the  homeowners, renters and sharers who will be given the financial assistance.
