LOOK: Senate flies PH flag at half-staff for ex-Sen. Biazon

The Senate of the Philippines has flown the Philippine flag at half-staff to mourn the passing of former Sen. Rodolfo "Pong" Biazon.

Biazon passed away last Monday, June 12, 2023 or during the country’s commemoration of the 125th Independence Day. Before entering politics, Biazon served as Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) under the administration of then President Corazon “Cory” Aquino. A necrological service will be held at the Senate on June 19.
