Las Piñas VM Aguilar facilitates social pension payout for indigent senior citizens

Las Piñas City Vice Mayor April Aguilar extended her support to the city’s indigent senior citizens by facilitating the social pension cash payout of the local government. She said the program aimed to alleviate the challenges faced by indigent senior citizens and provide them with some relief. The Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) coordinated with Aguilar for the smooth distribution of the social pensions. The vice mayor said during the payout that eligible senior citizens presented their identification documents and went through a streamlined verification process. After being verified, the senior citizens were handed their much-needed social pension cash assistance, she added.
