* BI Commissioner Norman Tansinco said Donell English and Brandon Todd Killen, both American nationals, were denied entry separately on June 6 and 8. This brought to 75 the number of RSOs denied entry from January to May this year. "The statistics sends a clear message that the country remains dedicated in upholding it's core values, protecting public morals," Tansingco said. He said the decision by the BI to bar the entry of the said individuals underscored the government's unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and morality. The BI chief said the presence of sex offenders poses a significant risk to society, and the bureau remains resolute in its mission to prevent their entry into the country.
