Lalamove Philippines is moving to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) starting this July to strengthen its logistics operations.

By transferring to the multi-modal hub, Lalamove can provide better accessibility for its network of partner drivers and strengthen its intra- and inter-city delivery capabilities,

"We can expand our delivery fleet, especially our line of trucks, while enjoying the connectivity that PITX offers in Luzon and interisland transportation and shipping," said Lalamove Philippines Managing Director Djon Nacario.

"This is aligned with our mission to empower the communities we serve – our users, businesses of all sizes, and partner drivers,” he added.

“Providing accessibility is our top priority for all our partner drivers," Nacario elaborated.

"We will now have a bigger area to accommodate all kinds of delivery fleet, especially trucks. On top of this, extending livelihood opportunities for those interested to be Lalamove partner drivers or fleet operators will be even easier at PITX.”

The PITX landport strengthens Lalamove's position as a multi-modal hub with the addition of logistics to its portfolio.

Aside from providing transport connections, we are now helping deliver seamless logistics for one of the country’s top last-mile delivery providers, says Jaime Raphael Feliciano, President of MWM Terminals, Inc.

“PITX has an opportunity to expand its concept as a transportation hub into a business center anchored on multi-modal connectivity and ease of commute for workers,” he added.

PITX is a strategic location because of its accessibility and proximity to other major transport hubs like the airport.

The PITX also houses the Land Transportation Office (LTO) which makes it more strategic in processing license concerns of both partner drivers and fleet owners.

“We have a massive network of professional partner drivers and a total of 48 serviceable areas, so we’re hopeful that the move to PITX will keep our numbers growing," according to Nacario.

PITX is a multi-modal hub with inter and intra-island travel options expanding from Luzon to Mindanao, with four office towers that are built-to-suit fit out with standard furniture.

Aside from its strategic location and transportation options, the landport also has Office Tower spaces for local Business Processing Outsource (BPO) companies.
