Police identified the subject as Malcomb Marshall, 24, of Barangay Banago. Police said Marshall is a high-value individual.

The arrest of Marshall was the second straight successful operation, and Police Col. Noel Aliño, acting Bacolod police director, said they will continue their relentless campaign against illegal drugs.

The Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU)-Western Visayas busted two men in a buy-bust that resulted in the confiscation of P2.7-million worth of shabu in Barangay 10 here on Wednesday, May 31.

Aliño said the buy-bust operations only proved that drug users and drug pushers have no space here.
