Cone imparts wisdom to aspiring players

Barangay Ginebra head coach Tim Cone imparted his knowledge to Brent students during a charity basketball clinic as part of their outreach program in Biñan, Laguna last May 20.
 *Ginebra head coach Tim Cone alongside Brent students and youths of Biñan, Laguna.* The legendary coach shared not only the skills needed in basketball but also lended to the youth the importance of discipline, teamwork, hard work and communication. The kids of Barangay San Francisco received a signed jersey from Kings guard Scottie Thompson who delighted the crowd with his presence. Cone said the outreach program, organized by World Balance, gave an opportunity for every kid to bolster their skills at a very young age and to be exposed to outdoor activities, giving them invaluable lessons of fundamentals and to cultivate their character for the betterment of themselves. Cone has 25 PBA titles, two grand slams, and four Coach of the Year awards. (
