Police arrest Muntinlupa’s 2 most wanted persons 


Police arrested Muntinlupa’s No. 3 and No. 7 most wanted persons on May 8 and 9. 

Joint operations by the Muntinlupa police’s Warrant and Subpoena Unit and 7th Mobile Force Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion under the National Capital Region Police Office led to the arrest of Jomarie Lipardo, 22, in Barangay Real, Turbina in Calamba, Laguna on May 9.

Lipardo is listed as the Muntinlupa police’s No. 3 most wanted person for the second quarter of 2023. 

He was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest with bail of P200,000 for a case of rape by sexual assault issued by Presiding Judge Wehrly Gutierrez-Mendez of the Muntinlupa Family Court Branch 8.

Lipardo is detained at the Muntinlupa police’s custodial and detention facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court. 

On May 8, the Muntinlupa police arrested Ernesto Bautista, 46, who is ranked No. 7 most wanted person for the second quarter of the year. 

Bautista was apprehended at his residence in Elvinda Village, Barangay Fatima, San Pedro City, Laguna on May 8. 

Presiding Judge Gener Gito of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 206 issued a warrant of arrest against Bautista for violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act). His bail was set at P120,000.
