86-year-old man arrested for rape in Dasmariñas, Cavite

CAVITE – An 86-year-old man accused of rape and considered as Dasmariñas City’s most wanted person was collared in a police operation on Monday, May 8. A statement from Dasmariñas City Police Station (CPS) identified the accused as Jose D. Obracedo alias Daddy. Photo from Dasmariñas City Police Station (CPS)
Obracedo was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 128 for rape with no bail recommended. The accused is now detained at the Dasmariñas City Custodial Facility.
