2 men facing drug charges arrested in Taguig

The police arrested two men who are facing drug cases in Taguig on May 8.  Joint operatives from the 6th Mobile Force Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion under the National Capital Region Police Office and the Taguig police’s Warrant and Subpoena Unit served a warrant of arrest against Camad Dimapunong, 33, in Barangay Lower Bicutan.  The two accused arrested by the police (Photos from Taguig, Muntinlupa police / SPD)
Dimapunong is listed as the Taguig police’s No. 9 most wanted person for the second quarter of 2023.  His warrant of arrest was for a criminal case for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) issued by Judge Marivic Cudilla Vitor of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 266.  He was turned over to the Taguig police’s custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.  Meanwhile, the Muntinlupa police arrested Marlon Llavanes, 40, a construction worker, in PNR Site in Barangay Tanyag, Taguig.  Llavanes is listed as the No. 10 most wanted person of the Muntinlupa police. He was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest (service of sentence) for a case of possession of illegal drugs issued by Presiding Judge Romeo Buenaventura of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 256.  He was turned over to the Muntinlupa police’s custodial facility.
