P1.3-M illegal drugs confiscated in Caloocan City

Police confiscated more than P1,300,000 worth of alleged shabu and marijuana and collared four suspects in two separate buy-bust operations in Caloocan City on Sunday, May 7. Maj. Dennis Odtuhan, Northern Police District (NPD) -District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) assistance commander identified two of the suspects as Kristine Macala, 28, and Von Eric Adorable, 23, both from Caloocan City. The two suspects yielded more or less 205 grams of “shabu”  valued at P1,394,000 in a buy-bust operation launched by the DDEU on Velasco St., Barangay 7, Caloocan City at around 11:25 p.m. on Sunday. Meanwhile, members of the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) also nabbed Jeff Matthew Tresualles, 23, and John Lester Nicolas along Phase 7 B Pkg 3, Barangay 176 Caloocan City at around 4 a.m. also on Sunday. Confiscated from the suspects were P142,800 worth of alleged marijuana, an eco-bag, and the buy-bust money. The suspects will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
