Man arrested for shabu in Taguig

The police arrested a 37-year-old man in a buy-bust operation in Taguig on May 5.  The Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) conducted the operation along Bañares Street in Barangay Central Bicutan at about 10:15 p.m. that led to the  arrest of suspect Vincent Jalandoni.  The suspect (Photos from Taguig police / SPD)

Jalandoni was found by the police to be in possession of nine plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 50.65 grams with a total value of P344,420. The police also recovered a P500 bill used as buy-bust money.  The suspect is presently detained at Taguig police’s custodial facility while the drugs were sent to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.
