2 fires hit Sta. Ana, Manila

Two fires hit houses along Delpan Street and Zobel Roxas Avenue in Sta. Ana, Manila, on Friday, May 5. According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire that broke out at Tejeron St. corner Delpan St. reached the first alarm at 11:03 a.m. and was elevated to the second alarm at 11:12 a.m. Meanwhile, the BFP said another fire incident broke out along Zobel Roxas Avenue, which started at 11:18 a.m. It was raised to the second alarm at 11:20 a.m. Both fire incidents escalated to the third alarm at 11:30 a.m. Firefighters are still trying to control the fires as of this writing. This is a developing story.
