2 arrested for taking motorcycle of delivery rider

Two young men were arrested by the police for forcibly taking the motorcycle of a delivery rider in Taguig.  Police identified the suspects as Jolo Bravo, 19, and an 18-year-old who were arrested for violation of Republic Act 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016). According to victim Librando Faustino III, the three forcibly took his motorcycle and cellphone while he was checking his phone for pick-up delivery in Barangay Napindan, Taguig on May 3.  Two of the suspects were arrested by the police while in possession of the stolen motorcycle along C-6 Road.  They were brought to the Taguig Police Substation 5 for documentation and were turned over to the  Investigation Detective Management Section for investigation.
