Here's the Arroyos' birthday greeting for VP Duterte

Deputy Speaker and former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and her husband former first gentleman Juan Miguel Arroyo joined Vice President Sara Duterte's well-wishers during the latter’s  birthday Wednesday, May 31. "Vice President Inday Sara, happy, happy birthday [from our family]," Deputy Speaker Arroyo said in a 29-second video message. The Pampanga 2nd district congresswoman went on to thank Duterte for her friendship and effective service to the country. "May the Lord continue to bless you and may you have health and happiness for a very, very long time," she said. Just before the end of the video, ex-first gentleman Arroyo waved at the camera and said, "Happy birthday ma'am," referring to Duterte. Vice President Duterte, 45, is the eldest daughter of former president Rodrigo Duterte.
