They released the official music video for “Serenade,” one of the tracks in “WHO!” The other two are “But I Like You” and “One and Only.”

As the team name hints, BoyNextDoor aim to approach the listeners with relatable stories through easy-listening music, as if the boys next door are knocking on their neighbors’ door to tell stories from their everyday lives.

All the three songs in the album are the main tracks and the music videos for the two songs have also been released.

The triple lead singles from “WHO!” picture six boys who face the emotional rollercoaster from encountering love for the first time.

“But I Like You” expresses the excitement of falling in love at first sight with frank words and cheerful melody on top of a rock-influenced track as if it’s a story intended for a friend.

The hip-hop dance track “One and Only” sonically paints an image of a boy calming himself down with the self-reassuring words that the boy needs, “Listen, I’m the one and only”.

“Serenade”, of which the sextet ultimately dropped the accompanying music video to alongside the album release on May 30, is a mid-tempo pop track with a strong beat of snare drums throughout the track that reminds the listeners of a pounding heart.

With lyrical words by Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak and six different vocalists shining throughout the track, it expresses the nervousness and complex emotions tensed just moments before their first serenade to the one and only.

“We, as BoyNextDoor, want to pursue music that our listeners and fans can relate to, and sing and dance along to. We want our music to be recalled whenever people look back at their youth and reminisce,” said Taesan during the media showcase.

The group will meet their fans for the first time with their global debut show BoyNextDoor Tonight” to be broadcast on M2’s YouTube channel at 9:30 p.m. KST on May 30.
