The Miss Universe Philippines Organization congratulated Angelica Lopez for winning the Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 crown last Sunday night. On Facebook, the MUPh wrote: "We would like to extend our most heartfelt congratulations to @angelicalopezofficial for winning the 2023 Bb. Pilipinas International title! You are and always have been a queen, Angelica! We know you’ll represent the country beautifully and make us all proud!" Lopez, 22, of Palawan, bested 39 other girls for the prestigious title. She has sufficient time to prepare for the Miss International 2024 beauty pageant. Nicole Borromeo is set to represent the Philippines in the Miss International 2023 pageant in Tokyo, Japan later this year. Her remarkable talent and beauty are expected to shine on that impressive stage, where she will showcase her grace and elegance.
