One of the up-and-coming actresses in her generation, Kapuso actress Jillian Ward is keeping herself booked and busy this year.

After celebrating her 18th birthday last at the Cove Manila last Feb. 25, everyone is now curious if Jillian is now ready to accept suitors.

The actress gladly answered the question during her meet-and-greet event at the SM North The Block last May 24 for the Pretty Secret mermaid-inspired product launch.

According to Jillian, her priority right now is her family and her work.

''Ngayon po talaga mas iniisip ko 'yung family ko at work ko po talaga. Wala nga akong time makatulog tapos mag love life pa ko,'' she said jokingly.

(Right now, I'm thinking about my family and job. I don't have the time to fall asleep, how can I fit my love life)

As he turned, Jillian admitted that her parents still don't allow her to have a suitor.

''Pinagbabawalan nila ako pero mas pinagbabawalan ko 'yung sarili ko,'' she said.

(They wouldn't allow it, so the same thing goes for me)

Jillian also mentioned that she's waiting for the right time to come. ''Sa tamang panahon po talaga. Sinasabi ko nga parati na gusto ko munang ibigay sa family ko kung ano 'yung deserved nila bago po 'yung sa sarili ko."

(At the right time. I always say that I want to give my family what they deserve before giving it to myself)
