P1.4-M worth of shabu seized from four notorious drug pushers nabbed in Central Luzon
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Four high-value individuals were arrested by police during separate anti-illegal drug operations regionwide on May 2 and May 3.
First to fall was Rommel Paras, alias “Pam,” a high-value individual on the regional level who was arrested on Tuesday, May 2, by the Angeles City Police Station 2 and other law enforcement units near the Angeles City Water District on Pampang Road in Barangay Lourdes North West.
Seized from the suspect were three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 55 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P374,000.
The following day, three more drug pushers also fell into the hands of the authorities in Olongapo City.
They were Aiman Ombar, Mohammad Pangcatan, and Hamza Hadji Ali who were nabbed on 14 Holy Spirit, Santa Rita.
Seized from the trio by the Olongapo City Drug Enforcement Unit were four transparent plastic sachets containing about 152.2 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P1,034,960.
The total amount of illegal drugs seized from the four suspects were 207.2 grams of shabu contained in seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets, with an aggregate amount of P1,408,960.
