KathNiel spreads 'kilig' at Cathy Molina's wedding

Based on tradition, the bachelorette and bachelor who get to catch the bouquet and garter during a wedding toss are believed to be married next. Fans are giddy finding out that reel and real couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla snatched the items during film director Cathy Garcia's recent wedding.
In a video that went viral, Daniel could be heard quipping "bukas na bukas din" when teased that they're "meant to be." On Instagram, actor Janus Del Prado, who was among the attendees, uploaded a video of Daniel putting the garter on Kathryn's leg.
In the background, actor Joross Gamboa could be heard teasing Daniel to push the garter higher up the actress' thigh. Daniel refused, quipping in jest: “Conservative ako, pare.” In the latter part of the clip, Kathryn and Daniel posed with Cathy and her husband cinematographer Louie Sampana. "Ayan na! Kayo na next, tol! #kathniel #CathyLouie #Pelikulove #Succulents," Janus' caption read.
On the other hand, aside from Kathryn, Daniel, Janus, and Joross, other stars who graced the beach wedding include Ian Veneracion, Alden Richards, and Jeffrey Tam. Cathy, a mother of two, was once married to the late technical director Philip Rey “Epoy” Molina.
