GoIT, an international tech education company specializing in IT training for beginners, has announced the launch of its first Fullstack program for aspiring developers. This announcement comes just a month after the company enters the local market. The 10-month program aims to equip participants with the skills needed to transition into a career in the IT industry and will provide job placement assistance upon completion. The Fullstack program is specifically designed for professionals seeking a career change and is the first of several courses that GoIT plans to introduce in the coming months. Each course will be supported by highly experienced IT mentors who are eager to share their knowledge and expertise with students. GoIT's learning model is designed to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, offering part-time courses that require only 2-3 hours of commitment per day and can be attended on weekends. To make the courses more accessible, GoIT has partnered with BillEase to provide students with 3-, 6-, and 9-month installment plans for tuition fees. The Philippines' IT-BPM industry currently employs approximately 1.4-1.5 million Filipinos, generating between US$31-33 billion in revenue. According to the Philippine IT-BPM Roadmap 2028, published by the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the country's IT industry can grow by US$58.9 billion and create an additional 1.1 million jobs by 2028. Khrystyna Gankevych, Head of Growth at GoIT Group, expressed satisfaction with the company's successful entry into the Philippine market. Within a short period, GoIT has optimized its processes and held ten free webinars, which over 3,000 individuals have attended. The first group of Fullstack students is scheduled to begin their course in June 2023, and Gankevych has praised their dedication to retraining and pursuing a new career path. GoIT differentiates itself from competitors by offering free marathons that allow prospective students to gain a better understanding of the IT field and test the courses before choosing a specialization that suits their interests and goals. Some participants in these week-long marathons have expressed interest in enrolling in their desired courses. In addition to the Fullstack program, GoIT is preparing to launch a second course, QA Manual, which targets a broader range of individuals who wish to learn complex programming languages and require support throughout the process. GoIT is currently organizing a new batch of students who will participate in the QA course. The company's decision to offer part-time courses demonstrates a commitment to providing accessible IT education for individuals seeking to change careers. This flexibility, combined with the support of experienced IT mentors, is expected to attract a diverse range of students to GoIT's programs. As the Philippine IT industry continues to grow and create new job opportunities, GoIT's Fullstack program and subsequent courses have the potential to play a crucial role in providing the necessary skills and training for individuals to transition into the IT sector successfully. By offering accessible and flexible learning opportunities, GoIT aims to contribute to the growth of the IT industry in the Philippines and help professionals secure rewarding careers. With its successful launch in the Philippine market, GoIT's innovative approach to IT education is well-positioned to make a lasting impact on the lives of aspiring IT professionals in the country. The company's dedication to providing high-quality, flexible training options for career changers is expected to significantly meet the growing demand for skilled IT professionals in the Philippines.
