What conditions are written on Lakas-CMD's alliance pact with political parties?

Coalitions among political factions are common in the Philippines, and the House of Representatives always has the largest collection of such groups under one roof. The biggest political party in the House right now is the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD). On late Monday afternoon, May 29, the party separately signed an "alliance agreement" with seven national, local, and sectoral political factions. According to Lakas-CMD, the pact serves as a reiteration of these groups' support, if not commitment. The alliance agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect until the 19th Congress adjourns in 2025, contains specific terms and conditions. It stipulates that “Both parties (Lakas-CMD and allied party) agree to give their full and unqualified support to the 17th President of the Republic of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.” Both parties are ask "to give their full support on the legislative agenda of the President of the Republic of the Philippines". “Both parties agree to give their full and unqualified support to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, 19th Congress, Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez,” the agreement added. The Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), National Unity Party (NUP), Nacionalista Party (NP), Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), Party-list Coalition Foundation Inc. (PCFI), Partido Navoteño, and Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines (CDP) were the factions that signed with Lakas-CMD. Speaker Romualdez, president of Lakas-CMD, welcomed the signing of the alliance agreement, saying it is a clear signal of their unwavering commitment to work together for the passage of the pro-people legislative agenda of President Marcos. “It also emphasizes the importance of unity and cooperation among all political parties. This is a critical message at a time when the country is facing a number of challenges,” he said. “We have a lot of work ahead of us. By working together, we can help address these challenges and build a better future for our fellow Filipinos,” added Romualdez, Leyte's 1st district representative.
