PRC announces passers of Real Estate Brokers Special Professional Licensure Exams
The Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) released the list of six out of nine passers for the Real Estate Brokers Special Professional Licensure Examination on Monday, May 29.

The examinations took place on April 22 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and Singapore. It was given by the Board of Real Estate Service. All six passers came from the Lyceum of Alabang with a 66.67% passing rate. However, all six successful examinees are a group of first-timers: Junelyn Benaro Bilocura, Leonardo Panim Censon, Mary Jane Alejo Censon, Francis Jade Alidron Dangallo, Gudelia Hernandez Rodriquez, and Sophia Tayco Soldevilla. Meanwhile, Ofelia C. Binag (Chairman), along with the members of the Board of Real Estate Service Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag are the main in charge of facilitating the examination. Moreover, upon registration, successful examinees are required to bring the following: a downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; a notice of admission (for identification only); two pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and a complete name-tag); two sets of documentary stamps; one short brown envelope; and submission of Original Surety Bond, the minimum amount of which is P20,000 with the PRC/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee. Lastly, passers must personally register and sign in to the Roster of Registered Professionals.
