Handcuffed teen found dead in Bulacan

A 17-year-old boy with handcuffs and a nylon chord wrapped around his neck was found dead in a grassy lot in Barangay Telepatio, San Ildefonso, Bulacan last Friday, May 26. Based on the initial investigation conducted by the San Ildefonso police, the victim was strangled to death. They said the victim was possibly tortured as wounds were found on his face and body. The minor was wearing a T-shirt and black short pants when his body was discovered. According to the police, the victim's father positively identified him after the discovery of his body. The victim’s father said he has no idea as to why somebody would want to kill his son. The incident is still under investigation.
