BOC-NAIA, FIBA organizers assure smooth service for World Cup arrivals

The Bureau of Customs - Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA) and the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) organizing committee conducted a coordination meeting on Thursday, May 25, in preparation for the FIBA World Cup which the country will be co-hosting from Aug 25 to Sept. 10.

Acting District Collector Atty. Yasmin O. Mapa vowed for the BOC-NAIA’s support throughout the duration of the event and reassured the BOC’s prompt services and assistance to all arriving participants.

FIBA International Relations and Protocols Head Pauline Ick, Senior Manager Ramonitor R. Eusebio, Airport Service Manager Ed Kenneth Garcia, Sports Manager Jessie Pangilinan, Impex Manager Rod Bate, GAC Sales Manager Franco Angelo Zosa and International Freight Forwarder and Brokerage Manager Chares Lanzarrite attended the meeting and expressed confidence in providing assistance to all arriving contingents.
