The trainees – 218 males and 79 females – received certificates of completion. The awarding was witnessed by ranking police officers in the region and local government unit officials, including parents and relatives of the graduates.
Police Regional Office-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Pablo G. Labra II was the guest of honor and speaker and spearheaded the distribution of certificates, awards, and commendations to top-performing police trainees.

Leadership awards were given to the overall class president Police Patrolman Edgar Allan U. Babor and battalion commander Police Patrolman Jesriel L. Baradilo.
Labra exhorted the graduates.
“Policing is not merely a job; it is a calling rooted in the fundamental principles of justice and the safeguarding of human rights,” Labra said.
“You are now entrusted with the immense responsibility of upholding the law, maintaining peace, and ensuring the safety of every individual,” he added.
Labra reminded them to do their tasks properly regardless of their unit assignment, to do what is right in the performance of duties, and to serve as catalyst of change.
After graduation, members of the PSBRC Class 2022-01 “Kadasig” will undergo Field Training Program (FTP) to have on-the-job training on patrol, traffic, and investigation under the supervision of Field Training Officers (FTO).
