Southern Leyte’s most wanted nabbed in QC


TACLOBAN CITY – Police arrested Southern Leyte’s most wanted person after months of hiding in Little Baguio, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, on Thursday, May 25.

The suspect, bouncer Andrew Ajero, 35, had warrants of arrest for two counts of rape and two counts of lascivious conduct involving a minor 12 to 17 years of age dated Nov.  15, 2022.

His bail was set at P200,000 for each count of lascivious conduct. However, no bail was recommended for the two rape cases.

Ajero is temporarily detained at the Quezon City Police District Station 6 (Batasan) for proper disposition before turn over to the court of origin, the Regional Trial Court Branch 26 in San Juan, Southern Leyte.
