2 kids hurt in QC fire

Two children were reportedly injured in a fire that hit a two-storey house in Barangay San Bartolome, Quezon City early morning on Thursday, May 25. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the victims, a 16-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy, both sustained abrasions and burns in the lower parts of their bodies. The BFP said the fire was raised to the first alarm at around 3:33 a.m. and declared under control at 3:42 a.m. It was extinguished at around 3:45 a.m. The estimated damage to property and the cause of the fire have yet to be determined by the authorities.
