15 PRO-13 cops promoted to lieutenant

CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Fifteen Police Regional Office-13 personnel have been promoted to police lieutenant and received their rank insignia and were inducted in a simultaneous mass oath-taking ceremony led by Philippine National Police chief Police Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr. in Camp Crame, Quezon City on Monday, May 22.. PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Pablo G. Labra II announced the appointment to the PNP Officers Corps under PRO-13 quota of Police Lieutenants Rizza O. Mahilum, Joy March C. Estioco, Creztadel I. Goring, Jade M. Gavino, Jemry G. Acdal, Farida Lea O. Ladaga, Von Mark J. Inot, Harold L. Chua, Ella Mae B. Batobalonos, Jundie U. Pobe, Mark Anthony G. Cobreros, Danilo T. Cantilado, and Era E. Campillos Jr. on Tuesday, May 23. Police Lieutenants Rey P. Arcite and Joey Mae B. Villaruel from PRO-13 have been re-aligned to PRO-7 (Central Visayas) in Cebu City. They were among the 91 technical officers and 515 line officers who passed the rigorous selection process under the PNP Lateral Entry Program Calendar Year 2022 for Line and Technical Officers. Acorda emphasized the pivotal role of PCOs in promoting the rule of law and protecting the people during their oath-taking. "The more than 7,000 Caraga cops celebrate the victory they achieved as they journey toward the ladder of command,” Labra said. “We wish them all the best and hope they will reciprocate such blessing by carrying out the mandate with more enthusiasm and courage.”
