PDEA nabs SK kagawad, 2 others in Pampanga buy-bust

An incumbent Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) councilor and two others were arrested on Sunday, Oct. 22, during a buy-bust operation in Angeles City, Pampanga, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said.

The PDEA report identified those arrested as SK councilor Aiko Bernabe, Elmer Mallari, and Abegail Dizon, adding that the subject of the operation was Mallari.

They were collared during an operation in Barangay Capaya 2.

Seized from them were 15 grams of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia and a hand gun.
