Parañaque Mayor Eric thanks outgoing police chief for service to city

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez thanked the services rendered by outgoing city police chief Col. Renato Ocampo for making the city a peaceful place to live in.

Olivarez particularly thanked Ocampo for maintaining 15 out of 16 barangays in the city drug-free.

He said Ocampo was also able to maintain the peace and order in the 16 barangays in the city during his stint as city police chief.

He said Ocampo had been working very hard to maintain the peace and order all over the city.

The city’s new police chief, Col. Reycon Garduque, was told by Olivarez that the city government is fully supportive of his appointment.

Olivarez told Garduque to continue the work that Ocampo started in maintaining the peace and order in the city.

The turnover and assumption of office ceremony was held at the Parañaque City Police Station on Thursday, Aug. 3.
