She is also the CEO and founder of KSR Ventures, an investment company focused on generating a positive net impact.
She is a director of Scratch First Co., Ltd., the organization behind Wonderfruit and Wonderfruit Festival.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Monday, Nov. 6, the East zone water concessionaire announced that the 32-year-old Razon has taken on the role of director in the company. effective from Nov. 3, 2023.
The young Razon is known for her strong advocacy for sustainability.
She currently holds directorship positions in various subsidiaries under Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. and Prime Waste Solutions Inc., overseeing their operations in Cebu, Cavite, and Pampanga.
Additionally, she is the founder and CEO of KSR Ventures, an investment company that focuses on making positive net impacts.
Furthermore, she serves as a director of Scratch First Co., Ltd., the organization responsible for Wonderfruit and Wonderfruit Festival. Notably, Scratch First Co., Ltd. has made investments in the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve located in Indonesia.
Manila Water previously announced the resignation of Director Rene D. Almendras following a sale made by Ayala Corp. and Philwater Holdings Corp.
As a result, Director Almendras has also stepped down from his position in the Manila Water Executive Committee.
