4 education graduates from 2 Iloilo City schools in LEPT Top 10

ILOILO CITY – Four education graduates from two universities here made it to the Top 10 of the March 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT). Jirah Mae Gabo Flores of West Visayas State University (WVSU) ranked third in the LEPT secondary level with a rating of 92.40 percent. Wenn Irabon Ricaforte of Central Philippine University (CPU) ranked ninth with a rating of 91.20 percent. Cris John Quintila Ludas of WVSU ranked 10th with a rating of 91 percent. Dyssa Chin Cabanhao of WVSU also ranked 10th in the LEPT Elementary Level with a 90.40 percent rating. Three universities here emerged as top performing schools. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U) ranked second in the elementary level. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) disclosed that ISAT-U had a passing rate of 97.80 percent, with 89 out 91 examinees passing the exam. The WVSU ranked fourth with a passing rate of 95.18 percent or 127 of 133 examinees hurdling the exam. University of Iloilo (UI) was ranked seventh with a passing rate 94.44 percent or 68 of 72 examinees passing the exam.
