Man hurt in QC residential fire

A man was injured after a fire that gutted a residential area in Barangay Baesa, Quezon City on Sunday morning, May 21. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) identified the victim as Jessi Eluna, 36, who sustained burns in his chest, face, and right arm. The BFP said the fire at Howmart Road was raised to first alarm at around 7:35 a.m. and was extinguished at around 7:46 p.m. The number of houses burned and families affected are yet to be disclosed by authorities. This is a developing story.
