2 farm sellers in Parañaque's 'Kadiwa Mobile Palengke’ earn P330k


Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez announced that two farm sellers who participated in the "Kadiwa Mobile Palengke" program held every Friday at City Hall earned a total of P330,00 on May 19.

Olivarez said the Cada Farm and Durano Farm who sold fresh vegetables, fruits, and other products coming from their farm earned a total of P330,00 in just one day.

He said the farmers were very thankful to the city government in helping them sell and promote their products and to customers who bought their goods.

The mayor was very grateful to the farmers participating in the Kadiwa Mobile Market, organized by the Consumers Welfare Office (CWO), under Milan Alacaraz, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture (DA).

Olivarez said residents can buy fresh products coming from participating farmers at an affordable price.

He said the city government will continue to support farmers from different regions to achieve President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.'s food security objective.

The mayor added that the Kadiwa Mobile Market is also going around in some parts of the city everyday.

The market can be visited every Monday at Raya Garden in Barangay Merville and at Bricktown 3 in Barangay Moonwalk.

Residents can buy from the mobile market stationed at Editorial Lane, Area 6, Fourth Estate Subdivision in Barangay San Antonio every Tuesday, as well as in El Dorado in Barangay Don Bosco and Airport Village in Barangay Moonwalk every Wednesday.

The mobile market is stationed every Saturday at Aeropark Subdivision, Barangay Don Bosco and Fountain Breeze in Barangay San Isidro; and at Petron Station in Doña Soledad Avenue, Barangay Don Bosco and Camella Homes Classic in Barangay San Antonio every Sunday.
