Two female drug pushers arrested, 20 grams of shabu seized in Bacolod buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – Twenty grams of suspected shabu worth P136,000 were seized from two women during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Villamonte here on Monday, May 1.

Policemen arrested the subject Sheeja dela Fuente, 31, and her alleged cohort, Nora Alvaran, 52, both residents of Barangay Banago here, during the operation which the police conducted upon learning of a report that the suspect was into the illegal drugs trade. Police Capt. Greeky Cayao, head of Police Station 4, said Dela Fuente is a street-level individual who is also a newly-identified drug personality. The operation came after they also busted a 20-year-old man who yielded eight grams of suspected shabu worth P54,400 in Barangay Villamonte on April 28.
