The police said Halnin and his friends went to the bar and consumed food and drinks including one order of chicken skin worth P300, one bottle of Jose Cuervo tequila worth P2,500 and two lemons worth P180 for a total bill of P3,246.07.

Halnin and his friends claimed that someone would come and pay their bill. But no one showed up and Halnin became hysterical and began taking a video of the employees and customers of the bar, the police added.

He was brought to the Taguig police’s Substation 1 by waiters Jay-Kevin Albatera Coraide and Ronnie Occeño and assisted by security guard Warren Francisco.

At the police station, Halnin allegedly continued taking videos of police officers and bar employees and was warned that it was prohibited without the consent of the persons.

The suspect allegedly became more unruly and uttered insults at the police officers saying, “Ako ang nagbabayad ng tax niyo! Mga corrupt kayo! Mga bobo kau!” and spat on one of the officers.

He is facing complaints for alleged estafa, alarms and scandal, and unjust vexation.
