MerryMart holds groundbreaking for Cresendo, Tarlac branch

MerryMart adds a 2,100 sqm. Cresendo branch to its growing portfolio. The branch broke ground on April 25, 2023, at Ayala Land, Inc.’s (ALI) 290-ha rising downtown development in Tarlac. The ceremony was led by (from left) MerryMart’s Store and Planning Manager Engr. Roger Felix, Jr.; Franchise and Business Development Manager, Sweetheart De Paz; Mayor of Tarlac City LGU, Hon. Cristy Angeles; MerryMart’s Chief Development Officer, Ma. Mercedes Taleon; Ayala Land’s Corporate Brand and Marketing Communications Head, Chrissy Roa; Planning, Innovation, and Design Head, Mia Quimpo; Central Luzon Deputy Estate Development Head, Pol Tanco; and Estate Development Head, Mel Eugenio-Trivinio. Cresendo’s MerryMart will carry its full line grocery, pharmacy, personal care and other basic essential products, providing more grocery options to the residents of Tarlac City. “With this partnership, we are happy to see our plans take shape as we open Cresendo to a wide range of commercial and investment activities. We are also excited to see the community take part in this development as we continue to create jobs and boost economic activity for Tarlac,” Tanco said.
