Indian arrested for allegedly stealing dump truck in Tarlac

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Authorities arrested an Indian national after allegedly stealing a dump truck in Camiling, Tarlac, a report said on Thursday, May 18. Report submitted to the Police Regional Office-3 indicated that an Isuzu dump truck went missing on Tuesday, May 16. Upon receiving the report, the Camiling police conducted a follow-up operation to locate the dump truck owned by Elpidio dela Cruz. The dump truck was parked in front of his residence in Barangay Palimbo Caarosipan. During the follow-up operation, Philippine National Police personnel found the truck in Barangay Tambugan in Camiling  and was in the possession of 27-year-old Ropinder Singh, an Indian national, whose equivalent Filipino name is Jaani Singh. The suspect, a resident of Kawili Oligario, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, and the stolen dump truck were brought to the Camiling police for proper disposition.
